Jenna Helwig is the food director at Real Simple and former food editor at Parents and Health magazines, the author of five books, and much more. She shares our love for a home-cooked meal and believes that cooking shouldn’t get in the way of your life.

In her new book Bare Minimum Dinners, Helwig shares recipes and strategies for doing less in the kitchen—quick, approachable meals that don’t compromise taste.
