Learn how to create several beautiful pastries at home using simple techniques with The Upstate Table’s
Rebecca Miller Ffrench. She'll teach you how to whip up a classic pâte à choux (a French pastry dough)
using just a few pantry staples and guide you through three delicious treats you can make using it including cream puffs, eclairs, and gougères (essentially a French cheese puff). We'll get creative with fillings including rose and matcha creams. By the end of the workshop you’ll have an impressive selection of baked sweets and savories to take home and share with friends. You can even freeze some of your puffs for profiteroles on Valentine's Day. We'll also sample these luscious sweets at the end of the night.

Pâte à Choux workshop
Price includes hands-on making of choux dough, techniques for creating cream puffs, eclairs and gougères. Plus during class, drinks and sweets for snacking. All guests are required to show proof of vaccination.
