Pruitt's Easy-ish Thai Favorites Cooking Workshop

Join Chef Pruitt in celebrating the flavors of her childhood in Thailand while using the bounty of the Hudson Valley to create craveable, adaptable dishes—pork Larb, Tom Yum Kung, crispy fish with "yum" apple salad, and coconut milk ice cream —that will become a regular part of your dinner rotation as surely as they are hers. Then take a seat at our table and enjoy the fruits of your labor—all with rice, of course! The workshop includes a full meal, drinks, and a recipe booklet. Limited to 10.
Pruitt Kerdchoochuen is chef de cuisine at Kitty's in Hudson, NY, and founder of Thai comfort food pop-up Thaiglish. She previously worked at Blue Hill at Stone Barns and was a participant of Dan Barber's Kitchen Farming Project. She holds a BA in history from Yale University, and an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America. Pruitt also volunteers with the YMCA Farm Project.
